Because each product is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or ordering errors.

However, if there is a problem with your order (wrong item, defective product, misprint, etc.):

Include a photo of the issue, and we’ll fix it quickly — refund, reprint or replacement depending on the case.
