No exchange

Shirt was way too big and there were no exchanges. The shirt is of cheap quality. I washed it hoping it would shrink but all it did was make the shirt look like we had worn it for years. Disappointed. The seller ended up refunding me partially for the 3 shirts i paid $85 for . We will donate the shirts to someone who can fit them. I won't be purchasing from this company again. They responded quickly and i do appreciate that.

We actually indicate the measurements of our garments on every listing and we inform everywhere on our Etsy profile that we manufacture on order and that we don't do exchanges, therefore, it is important that you check sizing before ordering. Sorry if this was not clear enough. About the quality, washing it, even with higher temperature than recommended on the tag will not make it shrink but will damage the fabric. Best regards, Charles

A) Length

Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the shirt (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.

B) Half Chest

Lay the garment down on a flat surface and measure it from left to right across the chest, about 2cm below the arms.

Measurements are provided by suppliers and garments may run smaller or larger with a difference of +/- 2.5cm (1 in)
