When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally it is as follow:

🌍 Rest of the world: 6–15 business days

What is the return policy?

Because each product is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or ordering errors.

However, if there is a problem with your order (wrong item, defective product, misprint, etc.):

Include a photo of the issue, and we’ll fix it quickly: refund, reprint or replacement depending on the case.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free from $100 orders. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Please go to the checkout page and input your postal address to see it.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! We work with several production partners (USA, UK, EU, etc.).

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Your item will ship from the location that ensures the fastest and most efficient delivery based on your address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number that becomes active within 24 hours .  Click the tracking link in the email or log in to your account to see the latest status.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on orders from $100 and more

Are my personal and payment details secure?

Yes.  Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data.  Payment details are processed through reputable payment gateways and are not stored on our servers.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel or change an order only before it has been processed for production.  If you need to make a change, contact us immediately.  Once the order is in production (generally under 24hour), we will not be able to cancel your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International standard shipping usually takes 7–30 days , depending on the destination.
